Report: Danes should learn at least two foreign languages

The Taskforce for Foreign Languages has published a report containing 42 recommendations.

All Danes must improve their proficiency in English and should be able to speak two foreign languages. These are some of 42 the recommendations given by the Taskforce in the report “Sprog er nøglen til verden” (Languages are keys to the world).

The report focuses on all aspects of the education system, right from elementary school through to universities. The Minister for Education established the Taskforce, which began working on the report in February 2011.
